Eduardo « Bagé » FORTES BRAYNER est Brésilien, certes, mais on peut considérer qu’il est presque français depuis qu’il a épousé la jolie Audrey de Biarritz. Né le 19 Mai 1977, il habite entre le Brésil et la France où il est maintenant considéré comme local. Bagé a prit sa première vague très jeune, et commença à surfer seul avec une planche en mousse, sur la plage qui faisait face à la maison familiale à Angre Des Reis. Je savais surfer avant de savoir nager ! Les sauveteurs venaient me chercher à l’eau quand je tombais de mon foam board. A 7 ans, ma mère m’a offert ma première vraie planche, après que j’ai appris à nager ! Un style classique et un surf puissant l’ont souvent menés aux plus hautes places du podium. Toujours motivé à 100%, Bagé a les capacités pour réussir ce qu’il entreprend. Son slogan : « Partager ce que j’aime avec ceux que j’aime », « le style parfait toujours en vie ».

Born in May 19, 1977, he lives between Brazil and France, where he's now considered as a local. Bage took his first wave at a young age ; "I started surfing all alone on a foam board in ANgra do Reis, on the beach in front of the family home, at the age of 5. I was surfing before I could swim ! The life-guards would come to fetch me in the water when I lost my foam ! At the age of 7, my mother offered me my first surfboard, after I'd taken swimming lessons!" His classical style, with powerful surfing often leads him to the highest rankings. Bage will be motivated a hundred percent to be crowned world champ this year and has the skills to succeed.
